Here's how I did:
Total Time: 1 hour
Distance: 14.53 miles
Average Speed: 14.4 mph
It's the first time I've been on the bike in three or four months and it shows.

I envy you, man. I wish I could ride my bike to work.
IF I were to ever attempt this:
Total time: 20 minutes
Distance: 1 mile
Average Speed: undetermined. Rider fell off bike 5 minutes into the ride. Rider laid on the asphalt until hit by large truck and dragged the remainder of mile.
